Orrin Street Press is a family owned homeschool business located in North Carolina. We stumbled across the Charlotte Mason method of homeschooling several years ago and weaved many of her methods into our homeschool experience, particularly nature study and living books. It is our delight in these two things (nature study and living books) that brought about our first study guides series, Nature Study and More.
Using living books as a backdrop, the environment of the story setting is ‘explored and observed’ as the book itself is studied. Each study guide has discussion of story elements, writing assignments, vocabulary, ready-to-use forms and more! Two levels of literature are available – easy reader books and chapter books – so as to meet the needs of all your family members.
